About Me
I’ve lived for over ten years in an international intentional community, where I’ve experienced and observed relational, cultural, and collective dynamics as a daily practice of life. This long-term immersion has given me a grounded, lived understanding of how humans relate, co-create, navigate conflict, heal, and evolve together beyond theory or idealism.
My academic studies focus on psychology, philosophy, and cultural practices, humanistic perspectives on people and natural resources, cultural geography, globalization, organizational sociology, and the psychological influence of media and storytelling. These fields deeply inform my coaching, allowing me to work with both individual conditioning and the larger narratives shaping identity, relationships, and society.
I’m also a certified mindfulness coach and dream work facilitator, integrating practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and inner integration. This combination of lived experience, interdisciplinary study, and embodied practice allows me to guide individuals and groups with clarity, depth, and sensitivity—supporting conscious transformation, meaningful connection, and intentional living.
My Story
I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden, in a loving family. As the middle child, I naturally took on the role of the mediator — the one tuning into everyone’s emotions, feeling responsible for the atmosphere in the house, and trying to keep the peace. Unconsciously, this shaped a core belief: that I was lovable when I was useful. Slowly, a fear began to form around my own self-worth.
Could I be loved simply for who I was?
Was I enough just by being me — even when I wasn’t needed, helpful, or performing?
With this belief running in the background, I learned to adapt, to please, to achieve and to become what was acceptable. I started school a year early, and as a hyperactive, curious, and talkative child, I was bullied by my old fashion teacher. Although she eventually lost her job because of it, the damage was already done — I fell into depression at the age of seven. When I later changed classes, my self-esteem was so low that I naturally became a target for bullying by other children, which continued through most of my early school years.
This deeply reinforced my unworthiness wound. As adolescence arrived, I tried even harder to fit in and feel safe — through people-pleasing, good grades, controlling my appearance, and chasing validation. Eating disorders followed, along with a constant need for external approval and attention. I didn’t know I was wearing a mask. I only knew I was exhausted inside.
After graduation, a sudden and powerful spiritual awakening shattered my idea of myself and of the world. What followed was a profound identity crisis — and a deep search for truth. I turned to ancient spiritual traditions across the world, from the Amazon jungle to the Himalayas, moving through retreats, meditation, and ceremonial spaces. Eventually, I had a simple but radical realization:
There is no “me” to find.
There is only what was never me that needs to fall away.
To truly live and integrate what I had seen and understood, I moved into an intentional community. I’ve now spent over a decade there, learning what embodiment actually means — not in theory, but in real life: through relationships, conflict, accountability, boundaries, and genuine human intimacy.
That is where I learned that healing is not about escaping the world, transcending humanity, or becoming “better.” It is about taking full responsibility for how we live, relate, and show up. And that when we do our own inner work deeply and honestly, we don’t just free ourselves — we contribute to healing the world through the way we live, love, and lead.
